2019 State of Talent Management Practices Survey

Introduction
Thank you for your interest in participating in ERC's State of Talent Management Practices Survey. This survey collects information from Northeast Ohio employers on talent management practices related to: employee engagement, defining and retaining top talent, succession planning, training and development, and reward and recognition.

Deadline: Friday, December 20

PMS-NU: Hourly production, maintenance, and service positions (Non-Union)
PMS-U: Hourly production, maintenance, and service positions (Union)
CT: Non-exempt clerical and technical positions
SMP: Exempt supervisory, managerial and professional positions
EXEC: Executive/Officer positions

Also, please report all percentages to the nearest tenth. (Example: 5.75% should be reported as 5.8%).
